Pedallers’ Training Tips

Please visit the page titled, Endurance Sport Training Tips, which contains an amalgamation of Training Tips given to the Queenstown Pedallers. The Pedallers were a fantastic group of riders of all abilities and ages – and frankly an inspirational bunch to ride with!

I had the pleasure of assisting each of their athletes with weekly training advice for longevity and health in sport: and health and longevity in sport translate into health and longevity in life.
