With family values being jettisoned out of the window by so many cultures these days, Japan’s deflationary problems serve as a microcosm for what the risks of depopulation are. A serious decline in the number of babies being born in Japan has led to the situation, which we can now see its economy in. The work-life balance in Japan is not that of other countries, which is no doubt having an adverse effect on family life.
