The case for a September interest rate rise pause

With inflation currently sitting at 4.9% in Australia, remaining sticky in Europe and down to a low 3% in the US, does Australia require another interest rate rise to quell inflation? The RBA still has a fair way to go before it reaches its 2-3% target, however, the CPI is already on its way down from 5.4% in June.
